My bedroom wall is a masterpiece, I’m jealous of myself. If I can do anything it’s collage.

This is actually me. Not only is she named Mindy, a single letter away from my spelling, but she’s a gluttonous fool just as I.
I love her.

I’ve recently become greatly aware of Hinduism and it’s beliefs and traditions and hope to get this image tattooed somewhere on my body soon.
I was raised a Christian and am a Christian for all intents and purposes but I have never been too sure about the existence of God or the plural Gods and rather like the idea that with Hinduism the concept of God is complex and depends upon each individual and the tradition and philosophy followed.
Hinduism grants absolute and complete freedom of belief and worship. It conceives the whole world as a single family that deifies the one truth, and therefore it accepts all forms of beliefs and dismisses labels of distinct religions which would imply a division of identity which I like.
Vishnu is described as the All-Pervading essence of all beings, the master of—and beyond—the past, present and future, one who supports, sustains and governs the Universe and originates and develops all elements within so I think that it is the perfect symbol to have on my body as a reminder of what I believe in.
Even if when I am older and wiser I suddenly decide that I do believe in one God the almighty father and firmly stick to Christianity I wont regret getting this tattoo because it doesn’t symbolise a religion to me but a way of life and the way I plan to continue living my life from now on as a tolerant human being.
This may all be really silly in the end but it’s what I want and I don’t like to use the word “regret” very much. Regrets are for the cautious, but the risks are what make life worth living.

Hi, I’m Mindi.
I decided to start a new blog because I rarely seem to do text posts on my other ones because I’m concentrating too hard on making them look pretty and I want somewhere that I can share my writing, artwork, short films and so on without ruining the general aesthetic of the others.
I’m still going to post pictures on here and completely irrelevant stuff, but I felt like I needed somewhere that I could let my voice be heard for once.
I hope you enjoy and if you want to check out my other blog it’s:
